Introduction
Together, the practitioner and participant listen and respond with the application of varied techniques (fascial release, moving energy, verbal cues, visualization/imagination, body movements, oracle card pulls) to guide the participant’s whole being to adjust in an organic and manageable way. Through this process, a treatment plan can unfold naturally, which empowers the participant by allowing their ecosystem to act as the main guide.
This is a holistic and integrative approach that can assist individuals seeking pain relief and flow in their general performance, day to day tasks and physical health. This could be anything related to:
physical symptoms such as:
acute or chronic pain
swelling and inflammation
decreased range of motion
postural issues
poor digestion
emotional symptoms such as:
anxiety, stress
feelings of hopelessness
confusion
low self-esteem
preparing for or recovering from a medical procedure
seeking support to strengthen intuition, and/or a connection with the divine

Wear layers of clothing such as exercise pants or loose shorts, a T-shirt and a sweater to guarantee comfort, temperature regulation and access to legs and arms for hands on techniques.
Schedule relaxation time post-session to ensure a period of integration to increase treatment benefits (like an easy walk, a nap, sitting quietly with a warm beverage).
Have water available for during and after the session to support tissue fluid exchange, elimination, and rehydration.

How may I feel after a session?
After a treatment, people may feel groggy, tired, light headed, nauseous, sore and emotional - all of which are indications the body is recalibrating itself. There may be discomfort as the body and mind learn a new pattern of function, much like what we may feel when we change a long term habit in life!
Please wait 2-3 days for the healing reaction to subside. One can expect to book a minimum of 2-3 treatments in order to alleviate the original discomforts.
On the other hand, people may feel extremely relaxed, light, tingly, tall and revitalized. This can occur immediately after a session or after the healing reaction has subsided.
